In recent years, I’ve observed how #MondayMotivation has become viral. Impossible not to see many motivational Monday quotes on Linkedin every single Monday. At first, I thought it was just another trending topic, similar to #ThrowbackThursday on social media when people share past activities or memories.
Monday Motivation is much more than a buzz word, research in psychology has shown that setting goals starting on a Monday increase the probability to reach them.

People tend to attribute negative traits and failures to their past selves while maintaining a positive image of their current selves.
