I really liked this post and the video, thank you!

It remains me of 2 kinds of interactions:

- first, the conscience impact on others, with the rice experiment from japanese Matsuru Emoto

- second, an experiment I have been told about: I am sorry, but I don’t remember all the details. On short words, it is about an experiment of 2 classes: one class with high IQ level, another one with low IQ level. Purpose was to see how teachers could improve both groups: make both levels going higher. So, they started experiment and after a certain time, they looked at the results: higher levels were higher, very interested, productive… as lower levels become lower and arrived at a level lower than the “higher group”. So, experiment showed and confirmed the theory … but… something had been missed: before the experiment, someone made a mistake and higher-level flagged students were … actually… the one with the lowest IQ! So, the experiment proved 2 things: that the “higher” (with lowest IQ, then!) were pushed to the top … and they succeeded to reach better results as the “lower” (with highest IQ!!!!). What an experiment :-)
